Terms of Use

RoofKit provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps roofing contractors manage marketing, leads, quotes, measurement workflows, AI-assisted visualization, and related business tools.

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your workspace account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse RoofKit. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempting to access another tenant's data without authorization.
• Uploading malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineering or interfering with platform security or availability.
• Using AI outputs as guaranteed professional, engineering, or legal advice.

RoofKit provides the platform. Individual roofing companies configure branded public experiences and decide how to use lead, quote, and customer data collected through their workspaces.

Homeowners and public visitors interact with roofer-branded experiences. RoofKit is not a party to agreements between roofers and their customers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

RoofKit may generate AI-assisted visualizations, summaries, and recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in sales, production, or compliance contexts.

Paid plans, usage limits, and billing terms are presented during checkout or in workspace billing settings. Subscriptions and payment methods may be managed through our payment provider portal where available.

RoofKit and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, branding, and underlying software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use RoofKit according to your subscription and these Terms.

You retain rights in content you upload, subject to the license needed for us to host, process, and display that content to provide the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using RoofKit at any time, subject to billing and data retention terms.

RoofKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement unless required otherwise by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verve AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the State of Florida, United States. Specific dispute resolution terms will be finalized during legal review.
